We enjoyed this place - exceptionally comfortable and incredibly beautiful hotel.

This hotel was very good value for money as opposed to other options. Had 1 night in Kuala Lumpur, spending our time here lovely. The staff were all absolutely friendly, GREAT service. We booked an a deluxe room, it was huge with contemporary design. The restaurant here was pleasant for breakfast.

This hotel is located centrally near an Isetan the Japan store, making it convenient and offering a characterful base with modern rooms, neat facilities, and extremely comfortable beds.

I loved my stay here and highly recommend it. the hotel offered free wi-fi, had a fantastic location right by the shopping mall. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making my experience perfect. the room was recently refurbished and spacious, including a large bathroom. Additionally, I enjoyed the nice views from the hotel. the location was convenient, with easy access to various shopping malls and great dining options.

The stay for 5 nights was very good value for money. the hotel was a reasonable base for exploring Kuala Lumpur. - Thoroughly enjoyed the incredibly nice staff who delivered excellent customer service. - the setting was excellent, right by Pavilion shopping mall, with other shopping centers, food outlets, and malls nearby.

The hotel rooms were clean, newly decorated, and generous-sized. the beds were very comfy. - Amenities included satellite TV, climate control, and a personal safe in the room. - Fast check-in and late check-out were convenient. - the location was central, close to Alor Street, food places, Lot 10 & Pavilion KL, and the monorail station.

The best parts of our stay at this hotel were the warm welcome, the impeccably clean room, and the super comfortable bed. the staff were always smiling and friendly, and the breakfast had a good selection of food. Additionally, the hotel's location on the outskirts of the city allowed for easy access and peaceful sleep without any noise once the shops closed.

The staff here were really friendly, the location was so convenient - just a short walk from Bukit Bintang station, like 500 ft away. And can we talk about the rooms? They're done up all modern and stylish 🌟.

Convenient Location: This place is right in the heart of the action. There's a cute little café called Brasserie Fritz just a short walk away from here where you can enjoy some tea, coffee, and yummy desserts. 🍰

The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a very convenient area, not far from LRT & MRT as well as the centre of everything. Altogether it was very good value for money though. - Huge room with some view, excellent staff — everything was perfect. - Thanks to great service, I had a very nice stay.
