great location but noisy nights
The location is fantastic, right near vibrant nightlife and shopping. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had a stunning city view on both sides. Staff demonstrated great attention to detail, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
However, noise from the bustling streets made it hard to sleep.

missingWrote a review on May 31strategic locationcomfortable amenitiesworn furnishings
The strategic location makes it super easy to dive into shopping and dining in Bukit Bintang. The rooms offer comfortable amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and enjoyable spacious bathrooms.
The lack of a gym or pool might leave those seeking active downtime frustrated. A few rooms showed wear, like stained carpets and outdated furnishings, particularly on the lower floors, which could dampen the experience for some travelers. I noticed the blankets felt thin and lacked a cozy touch, which may not suit everyone's taste.

Location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang. The room was super comfy with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a minibar. Loved the spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. The staff were attentive. Plus, you can easily access the MRT station just a short walk away.

The location provided unparalleled access to local eateries, making it perfect for food lovers. The room was spacious and clean, contributing to a relaxing stay. I hit up Dining In The Dark KL for a wild and delicious adventure—eating in total darkness was a game changer! And the location is another gem, mind you! You’re just a hop away from Quivo and Kagura, perfect for chowing down on some scrumptious meals after a long day of exploring. Plus, the staff’s vibe was super welcoming, which really makes a difference in your stay.
But hold up, the noise from the streets gets real intense at night, making it tough to catch some Zs since the sound of revving engines was more like a race track than a hotel. The carpets could use a serious upgrade too—they could’ve used a bit more TLC in the cleaning department, especially on the lower floors.

It was just a great fit for a walk in the evening in Kuala Lumpur with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff were very nice and attentive, which really made a difference during my stay. Make sure to avoid room 1110 since it's prone to ant problems.
